Processing

Processed peppers are pathogens-free suitable for consumption, meet International Food Safety Standards (CODEX) and are HACCP certified. The steam treatment ensures the peppers retain maximum physical characteristics, flavor, and aroma. Steam is inherently safe and readily accepted by consumers internationally.

Quality

Customers are assured of receiving the quality of pepper that they agreed to purchase as the grade certificates and color labels issued by the Malaysian Pepper Board (MPB) serve as an assurance that meets the specifications of that grade. Every consignment is inspected and certified before shipment. A certificate attesting to the grade is then issued. All our Ceylon Cinnamon products are handpicked and hand-processed using traditional tools and methods while packaging and final processing with state-of-the-art facilities. This ensures that our pure cinnamon cannot be mixed with Saigon cinnamon or cassia from any other part of the world.
